Marketwatch.com – Weyerhaeuser Company today announced effective immediately, all Oregon Weyerhaeuser tree farms are closed to public access due to high fire danger. This closure notice includes North Valley, Springfield, South Valley, Coos Bay, Northwest Oregon, and Oregon Cascade Oregon tree farms. The fire danger closure will remain in effect until further notice.
Recreational permit and lease holders will still be allowed access, but will need to meet additional fire protection requirements as specified in their permits.
