Facilitators spearheaded conversation on topics that covered onboarding and recruiting employees, social media, installed sales opportunities, and a lightening round of best practices. Masonite and ModernView Decking sponsored the event, presenting the benefits their products offer the professional customers. Looking outside the industry, this year’s event included a tour of the Nissan Vehicle Assembly Plant in Smyrna, TN that produces over 640,000 vehicles annually. This tour was packed with massive robotic machinery, and layers of conveyors filling over 884 acres under one roof. The tour also offered key insights into supply chain, operational and logistical best practices.
