HERNDON, Va.—Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. announced Friday that it has acquired Lyf-Tym Building Products, a distributor of siding, windows, gutters, vinyl railings and related products headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lyf-Tym also fabricates gutters and ATI-certified aluminum-reinforced vinyl railings systems at its fabrication facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1966, Lyf-Tym has six branches, with two locations in Charlotte and branches in Hickory, Monroe, and Greensboro, North Carolina as well as Roanoke, Virginia.
Lyf-Tym co-owner Curt Corder, who will remain with the Company, stated: “joining the Beacon team presents a tremendous opportunity for our families and Lyf-Tym’s loyal customers and employees.
